ERR visited the site and captured the construction of the new mule, which will help keep the Narva River estuary open and ensure that our waterways remain usable in the future.
The story is a great insight into how the Narva-Jõesuu port and the waterways project are breathing new life into the area – combining security, development and seaside living.
