The Virumaa Rannikumere Koostöökogu Ühing (VRKÜ) invites its members to the 2025 Autumn General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, 19 November at 15.00 in Narva-Jõesuu, Noorus SPA Hotel.
The agenda of the meeting includes the following important topics:
Confirmation of the ranking of the project grants for the EMCDDA call for proposals 2025 and decisions on the awarding of applications and the amount of funding;
2026. approving the timetable and budget for calls for proposals in 2010;
and general information and notices to members.
Before the official start of the meeting, there will be a check-in and registration at 14.30, the meeting will last until 17.00, followed by a joint dinner.
Members who are unable to attend the meeting in person will be asked to delegate to another representative to ensure the necessary quorum for decisions. It is recalled that, according to the Statutes of the VRKÜ, the Governing Board may decide to exclude a member if he/she has not attended three consecutive General Meetings and has not delegated a proxy.
In order to better organise the meeting, please confirm your attendance by 10 November at the latest.
