With the support of the Ministry of Finance’s measure to implement development strategies for counties, the city of Narva-Jõesuu and the municipality of Alutaguse prepared construction projects, which are part of the bottlenecks related to waterways in Ida-Viru and are ready to apply for support from the European Union Structural Funds 2021 – 2027.
Narva-Jõesuu City Government is preparing the basic construction project for the second phase of the Narva-Jõesuu fishing port development. A detailed plan has been prepared for the fishing port in Narva-Jõesuu. Phase I of the plan has been realised with access road and slipways. There is a lack of additional access roads, parking and unloading area, water and sewerage solutions, electricity.
The total budget for Narva-Jõesuu is €80 000, of which €60 000 is a grant and €20 000 is self-financing.
The applicant of the project is Toila municipality, the partners are Narva-Jõesuu municipality, Alutaguse municipality and Narva Port SA. Project implementation period: 2022-2024.
